Label in Backlog and Sprint board

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Customising Cards

I don't have the option "Board > Configure". Can't find "Card layout". We have the cloud version of Jira. Where could i set this?

The settings are under the "..." symbol, not the settings symbol (the "gearwheel"). Was a bit confused
