Hi, 

I have entered the  Id as it s described on the instructions to run JIRA, the key has been created, but I have still the message 'Your licence expired 13 days ago'. 

How to solve it ?

We use JIRA 7.11 server version.

If you have access to My Atlassian (https://my.atlassian.com/product), you should see the license you are trying to use with the 'Support Expires' date value.

You also have to paste the licence key into the licence box in the application.
