Hello Dear All,
I want to create Jira Automation Rule that would link many similar Vulnerabilities found (the same vulnerability types) into one Jira issue. If the jira issue is already created it would find it and link vulnerability to it. If Jira issue is not found then a new jira would be created.
It would compare the Jira issue summary with the vulnerability summary and basing on that create new issue or link to existing if it exists.
So the scenario would be.
If vulnerability found -> Check if issue with summary like vulnerability summary is already created. If not - then create new issue.
else - if issue with such summary already exists then link vulnerability with existing issue.
Is such case even possible to implement?
How can I edit specific issue that would be found basing on specific criteria?
Please I would be grateful for your ideas and answers.
I also very much need the same solution! It would be a huge win for our organization!
