Hi @NIK NURSYAFIEQAH ,

Is this error happening at other devices and other accounts as well?

If yes, then it's likely to be a to be a breakage at the backend.

Feel free to reach out to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Hi Nik - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Does this happen for all Business projects? Or just this one?

@NIK NURSYAFIEQAH welcome to the Atlassian community

Is this happening in a different browsers?  Have you tried clearing your cache?  If that does not solve your issue you would need to submit a support issue to Atlassian so they can take a look.  https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

This is the community where other Atlassian customers help other customers.  If you are on a free plan we can help escalate it for you.
