Log in/Password issues

When logging into to Jira and Confluence w/o the "Remember Me" option, the user needs to enter in their password continuously. Similar behaviour is seen with Administrator functionality where the Admin user needs to repeatedly enter their password.

The password entries are within 30 seconds of each other so likely not due to a timeout issue.

Has this happened to anyone before, and if so, what was the reason/fix?

Hi Shannon,

Does this issue continue when using a different browser? Do you have any extensions/add-ons that would interfere? Such like ad-blockers, javascript blockers and others? Try clearing your cache also.

One other thing to mention is to see if you are able to login off the current network you are working on. This could/might be related to how the router is passing the information to you. We do apologize for the incovenous.

I have the same problem after I switched from OnDemand to Hosted.
