Same here...
Seeing the same issue. I'm not able to create a ticket for Support because there are issues connecting to the backend.
Their statuspage shows all is well... but not really.

Same here - and as always, status page is all green even though multiple customers are down

Same.
From both our organizations and my personal site I experience the following.
Cannot load or edit Jira issues OR create or edit Confluence pages.
Jira shows:
"We couldn't connect to that issue
Make sure that this issue actually exists in that project. If it does, try again in a few minutes. If you still can't link to the issue, contact your Jira admin."
Confluence shows:
"We’ve hit a snag
The issue should resolve on its own, but if it keeps happening, ask your admin to contact our support team and give them:
The URL of this page
The code associated with this error: en0uu0"
When trying to submit a support request I get:
"Something went wrong, please try submitting your request again."
While the top of the support submission page says:
" **Support Service Connection Issue**
There may be an issue reaching our backend service. This could result in your form submission failing to create a support ticket."
