MS Teams and Jira Cloud vs Jira Integration Plus

Apologies in advance for my lack of knowledge here.  

I'm trying to setup a channel in Teams and want to Integrate with Jira.

We've setup a free trial for Jira Cloud which is working but I saw some details on Jira Integration Plus that seems to have more bells and whistles.

Is this a totally separate product that we'd also need to purchase? 

I ask because when I try to add this to MS Teams it goes to the authorizing dialog box and then hangs for a bit and I get the message: "There was a problem reaching this app"

Any ideas?

You need to install this app into Jira Cloud, then you can do the Teams integration
