Hi,
I'm trying to migrate.
I've read the migration tutorial, but I cannot find the Migration assistant in JIRA under Apps -> Find new apps
If I search for it nothing is shown, however if I do a google search I can find the app.

Why is this an issue and how can I download/install the Migration Assistant?

You should go to Manage apps, not Fine new apps. If the app has not been installed, then you should install it from Find new apps or through the link you found here
