Missing addon user

We are having permission issues with Zephyr, and the answer indicates we need to have a user, "addon_com.thed.zephyr.cloud" which we cannot find in our list of users.  Does anyone know how to get the addon users added?  Thanks.

If this is related to the Zephyr menu not appearing then a fix was released on Friday to address the issue. Are you still facing the issue?
