Moving sub-task of one project to Task of another project

Is it possible to move Sub-task of one project to Task of another project?

we have solved this problem using an open source called WATIR

Nope. You can convert it to 'Task' first and then move it to another project.

I have to do this as bulk, but there is no option to convert to task for bulk of issues.
