Hi,
We are using JIRA v 7.3.6 & we need Sprint Goal Field while creating the Sprint.
Is it possible to add a filed which will allow me to add sprint goal and visible to all. This must be field available while creating a sprint?
Thanks!
Hi @Dnyaneshwar Ramesh Borase,
To create sprint goals in your Jira Version 7.3.6 you can try our plugin called Goal Focus. It extends Jira with a possibility to create sprint and project goals, present them on dashboards, does automatic progress tracking and goal end date prediction.
It supports Jira Versions from 7.2.x
Best Regards
Arek
Hi Dnyaneshwar,
I'm running 7.5. I did a little digging and it looks like adding a goal was not in the version you are on. My apologies for getting that wrong

From any sprint in your backlog there should be "..." to the far right. If you click on that it will have options to "move sprint up"; "delete sprint"; and "add a sprint goal".
Adding a goal is available to the project administrator but seeing the added goal is visible to everyone
Hope that helps

Hello Amie,
Thanks for the update.
I do not have seen "add a sprint goal" option from the sprint backlog for this JIRA v7.3.6.
We are using JIRA v 7.3.6. Please confirm you are providing the solution for JIRA v 7.3.6 ?
Thanks!

We have Jira v7.12.3 Server and the functionality is there, just where Amie wrote.
Edit: OK, only now I realized, that 12 > 3...
