I have a query..i am using jira software and want to implement service delivery in jira software.i have a one email I’d where all the request comes from diffrenct countries i want the request from
email id should be converted into tickets or issues and can be assigned to appropriate team like exam
architecture ,it etc and notification should be sent to stakeholders and end users(known) who is not part of jira of the status of the issues also i need forms as per the request or incident.now as u said I dnt have jira software management only jira software want to know what is the best solution for this and what are limitations of having service delivery in jira software
Hi @RICHA MISHRA , it sounds to me like you really should use Jira Service Management rather than Jira. While you can create work items in Jira using emails, you will not be able to maintain a unique association with each customer. As such you cannot have them as the Reporter if they are not Jira licensed user. Unsure what might prevent you from adding JSM.
