New admin can't browse projects, what setting do I need to adjust? Or is this a loading issue?

We fixed it by adding the administrator group to each project as role administrator. Before individuals were added as administrators. Thanks for the effort, @Yevhen Rohovets & @elenushhh!

Does admin role/group have permission "Browse project"

As a rule, in permission scheme use role, not a group, and new admin did not added to project) Check it please
