New workspace settings

Hi

We have many workspaces with over the now allowed number of collaborators and members - we need these members on the boards and so can't delete them.

Do we need to create a load more workspaces?, is the number of workspaces unlimited?

What is the best solution please?

Starting on April 8, 2024, Trello's free workspaces will be limited to a maximum of 10 collaborators. Therefore, creating additional workspaces won't be helpful if you need more collaborators.

Currently, there is no specified limit on how many workspaces you can create for free

Given these limitations, you have a few options to choose from:

1. Upgrade to Trello Business Class, which provides unlimited collaborators and additional features.

2. Consolidate your boards and workspaces, so that they fit within the 10-collaborator limit per workspace.

3. Prioritize collaborators and boards within the existing workspaces, and remove inactive members if possible.

4. Use guest permissions, where applicable, to involve stakeholders without consuming collaborator slots.

Thank you for your reply :-)

I have removed all members not required, and they are now just as guests, so thought this would fix it as applies to number 4 above, however it is telling me that guests also count as collaborators so I am still over the limit.

So does that mean I need to split all the workspaces down to maybe only have 1 board in each?

So confusing :-/
