Hi Team
I am looking into an option where I have 2 sections in Confluence.
1. A section where all the documents will be created and available to admin users
2. A separate section where all the documents will be created and available to normal users (not admins).
3. The normal users should not be able to raise support tickets, but can have view access to documentation
4. Only the admin users will have access to raise support tickets from confluence
We have linked our Jira Service Desk with Jira Confluence
Any help is greatly appreciated thank you
