Hello,
I'm trying to setup a Jira account for my company team. I successfully receive the verification email for my account. But one of my coworker never received it. We checked spams, we checked the mail failure report from our provider (Exchange online) but there's no trace of mail received nor delivery attempt for his email from Atlassian. We tried several times the last two weeks without success.
Can you please help us ?
Hello @Désiré-Lévi Kouablan,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Checking the details of your site, I see that there are only two accounts, so I searched for bounces and blocks on the other account and it returned the error below:
550: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS({hex}) [AM6EUR05FT032.eop-eur05.prod.protection.outlook.com]
I removed this bounce and the notifications should work now.
Please, take your time to test and let us know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Angélica

Thanks for the welcome. We tried after you removed the bounce. The verification email has been received and the user has been able to access it's account.
Thanks a lot.

I am experiencing the same issue as the original commenter mentions. I see that my company has approved my email domain, but when I attempt to send and/or re-send the email verification, nothing shows up in any of my email folders.
Would you be able to help fix this issue?
Regards,
Nicholas

Hello @Angélica Luz
I got logged out and tried logging into jira through outlook, once completing the two factor authentication , it asked for a verification code which is sent to my email (nikhil.saji@wizfreight.com) but i checked in junk/spam but haven't received any mail. I tried several times the last two weeks but didn't get any mails yet.
Can you please help?

Hi @Angélica Luz ,
I try to change my email address on my Atlassian account but I only got the notification “Email address change request” and not the mail to verify my address.
Could you help me with this matter.
Thanks
Kind regards,
Pedro

Maybe the account you are trying to use is already associated with an Atlassian ID, so that’s the expected email notification to receive.
If that’s the case, you can follow the instructions of this article:
