Notification to a select group of people when a P1 issue is created

I need to create a notification to a select group of people (via an email alias) whenever a P1 issue is created in a JIRA project. Any suggestions please.

Go in "JIRA Administration", click on "Issues", then click on "Notifications Schemes", select the correct scheme you want to modify, select kind of event and set the notification to the group you want.
