PI Planning Program Board Without Jira Align or Plug-ins

We are trying to create a Program Board for PI Planning. Unfortunately, we don't have Jira Align and can't install any plug-ins, so we're hoping to get creative in order to have something functional, even if it's not perfect. Has anyone faced this challenge who could offer us some advice? And/or does anyone have suggestions / ideas?

Hello, fellow Data-Center user! 

Have you tried looking at Advanced Roadmaps?  what-are-advanced-roadmaps 

I am 99% sure that it comes default with DC Jira Software so you should have it installed already.  At the very least you can use it to lay out what Epics your teams are working on and visualize the dependencies between them.
