Hi Eugen,

We want to setup a demand portal using Jira for our department as a whole. Our heads want to see the report of each team from lower level (Story/task). The picture represent our dept hierarchy and we would like to have like that in Jira. In a form of a Program - linked to - Component - linked to Project- linked to issues, at the end the report must be generated from a project level or components level or program level.

Please assist.

You will need an App that can create the extra layers in Jira.  Portfolio is the obvious choice for your diagram.
