Pop up with urgent tasks

Hi, I would like to have function that makes it possible when the due date is arriving to receive a pop up or an email. Is there already a function in Jira that does this? Can you help me?

Hello,

You can set up a filter with nearing due date and you can subscribe to the filter to receive emails (with the tickets matching the query results) at the frequency that your configure in the filter subscription.

Example: project = KEY AND due <= 2d

for those with due date in the next 2 days.

Alternatively,  you can have a dashboard which displays tickets with nearing due date.  That will help you focus on those tickets.
