Power Bi with Jira Desk

Could you please tell us how to connect the Power Bi application add on with Jira Desk, we can't find the add on in "administration" of Jira.

Hi, I saw it yesterday, my concern is to link this to Jora Service Desk, not Jira Software. Is it possible to try this feature with a jira service desk trial demo? I don't have a Jira Space where i can add add-on

Yes, this can be installed in a Jira Service Desk trial instance. Installation and usage are exactly the same as Jira Software.

We recently added Jira Service Desk fields export in Power BI Connector for Jira for Cloud hosting option. If you are a Jira Cloud user please feel free to start exporting Jira Service Desk fields.

As for the Server hosting option, we support almost all Jira Service Desk versions starting from the version 3.3.0. Support of the earlier versions is coming soon.
