Problems with Slack integration

Having problems doing the Slack integration.  It goes to a website and get this message

This page isn’t working

quaxar-project.atlassian.net redirected you too many times.

• Try clearing your cookies.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I have already created cookies, etc. and still not working.   Thank you for your help!

Hi @Leonel Azuela ,

While the "too many redirects" error can sometimes occur with bad cookies (I would recommend flushing the cookies for id.atlassian.com and auth.atlassian.com), if you've already wiped the cookies in your browser, we may need to open a support case on your behalf. We have seen an elevated number of errors with creating new connections in the Slack integration over the last day.

I would first recommend:

• Try logging in via an incognito session, or browser that you don't typically use. See if the error happens on this separate session. If it does, we can confidently rule out the issue with cookies.

If the issue persists, Atlassian Support will need to take some action on your site. For this scenario, please click here to open a support case and mention the Slack integration needs to be re-installed.

Hey Daniel, I'm also getting this error and have tried the remedial actions with no success. Any update on this ticket?
