Query for Where the ticket was created?

Paula Smith April 19, 2024

Hello!

I'm trying to create a filter for the tickets created in our queue but was moved to a different queue without a label. Is there a way to query the history? Thank you!

Hi Paula,

Queues are simply queries or filters. You don't actually create a ticket in a queue - you just create a ticket. The queue query/filter determines which tickets show in it.

So, the real question becomes, what's the difference in the filters used for the queues? That will help guide you to what you need for the new filter.

Hey Paula,

By meaning ticket was moved to a different queue, can you elaborate on what the JQL is for your queues in question? What is the process your team uses to move tickets between queues?
