Question about extracting Jira comments

We have received a request from a client to extract the 'external delivery comments' of each ticket into a single cell.

CSV example (formatted as a table):

Ticket LinkExternal Comments Extracted
test-001Comment01 ~ comment02

Is this possible?

Is there any way to remove internal comments and receive them?

Hi @Hyeon Seop Lee

There is a way to extract comments into a CSV by creating a JQL that will return the desired issues to export and then exporting them to a CSV.

Not that this will also include fields in the export.  You can take a look at the Atlassian recommended answer here.

Hoping this answers your question.
