Two Dimensional Filter Statistics: KSS All Filter
I have a question.
I am using the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics filter and displaying the workflow and Assignee.
The current display order is:
now) Open - In Progress - Reopened - Resolved - Closed - Design - Examine
However, I want the order to be as follows:
want) Open - Examine - Design - In Progress - Resolved - Closed - Reopened
Is it possible to change the display order like this?
Hi @ethan ,
As others mentioned it is not possible to have custom ordering in two dimensional filter statistics gadget.
On the other hand if you consider using marketplace app, you can try Reports - Charts and Graphs for Jira app developed by our team. In this app, you can order the results by drag&drop without the need to change the workflow itself.
Kind regards,

Hello ethan,
What is the type of your project? If you are using the company-managed project, you can change the order of status in Global Configuration.
Settings -> Issues -> Issue attributes -> Statuses
You can change the order of status in this menu.
I hope it will help you.
Regards,
Jonghwan

Hello @ethan
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, Jira doesn’t allow you to manually change the display order of workflow statuses in the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget. The order is typically determined by the workflow status category.
However, you can try reorganizing the statuses within the workflow itself. This might help them appear in your desired sequence, although it could affect other areas of the project as well.
Thanks,
Shreeja J

Nope, You can only set it in Ascending or Descending order, Or you can sort number by total or natural.
