Quick Subtask for JIRA plugin

We are JIRA 7.1.9 using Quick Subtasks for JIRA 4.4.0

We recently renamed/edited a JIRA project name and project key. After completing the edit, all of the subtask templates we had created for the project disappeared.

Is this a known issue with the plugin?
