RT tracker migration

My team choose to use RT tracker instead of JIRA On Demand. If they decide to change direction in the future is it easy to migrate data from RT tracker into JIRA On Demand.

There's no built-in importer as Adam explained for RT Tracker. Take a look at https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/55634/full-migration-from-rt-request-tracker-to-jira for a workaround solution.

Import options for OnDemand are going to be more limited than the self hosted option, however there's a ton of data out there on options from migrating from other issue trackers.

That page lists most of the options, although doing so will have OnDemand has more limited options.
