サブタスクのCSV インポートができない

サブタスクのCSVによるJira取り込みを行いたいのですが、親への紐づけをどのように行ったらよいのかわかりません。以前はMap fieldsで「parent id」を選択することができましたが、「parent id」が選択肢からなくなっておりました。ご教示いただきたくよろしくお願いいたします。

CSVインポートから親子関係ある課題を作成したい場合、以前は「parent id」を利用していましたが、現在は名称変更され「parent」（日本語では「親」）となりました。

もし「親（parent）」がマッピング対象に表示されない場合、かつ「企業管理対象プロジェクト」の場合は、[プロジェクト設定] > [画面]で各課題タイプに紐づいている「画面の設定」に「親（parent）」が設定されていない可能性があります。

その場合は「親（parent）」を「画面の設定」から追加し、再度マッピングをお試しください。

ありがとうございます。「チーム管理対象ソフトウェア」というものになっておりました。 [画面]というのはなさそうなのですが、[Fileds]で「親」の項目をみるとアクションのところがグレーアウトして操作できなくなっておりました。。

「チーム管理対象ソフトウェア」プロジェクトであれば、上記の設定の話はご放念ください。

現在もCSVのインポートのマッピング画面で「Parent」あるいは「親」がマッピング上に表示されますでしょうか？

また、以下のコメントでも指摘されているように、[システム] > [外部システムインポート]＞「旧機能に戻す」からCSVインポートを試した場合はどうなるかも、ご確認ください。

If you go to Settings >> System >> External system import, you will have an option to select "Switch to the old experience:

Go to old experience and try to perform the .CSV import again.

Welcome to the Community !!!

You are required to have export of the parent ticket into csv with SUMMARY, JIRA KEY & Parent (jira key) only. 
With that, you can alter the CSV with the new subtask data and add a JIRA KEY (increment with the latest existing KEY). 

Add a column 'PARENT' having the parent JIRA key against the subtask records. 

With import of above, you should be able to import all the subtask and automatically against the required parent-child relationship.

ありがとうございます。「Parent」はmap fieldsで何に紐づけたらよいでしょうか？ Link "Parent-Child"などを選びましたが上手くいきません。。「Issue can't be created due to the error/s [ Issue type is a sub-task but parent issue key or id not specified. 」と表示されてしまいます。。

Are you using the user based IMPORT or Settings >> System >> External system import.

As when you import and update data, you have to use Settings >> System >> External system import. (CSV - If not available, then select Switch to the old experience)

Hello, Good day. The best approach is to export an existing parent and sub-task from your Jira instance to .CSV file. You will find the relationship between the parent and sub-task in the exported.CSV file. You can replicate the same relationship in your CSV that you plan to import. You need to use the issue id of the parent work item. Thanks
