Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×Hey all, hope somebody can help me out here.
Recently, I noticed that when looking a specific release, I don't see all items.
I can change the sort order but that only shows some and hide others.
I do manage to see the items if I use the "View in Issue Navigator" option but I never had to do it before and I had releases with over 20 items.
Any ideas? Maybe a settings or a configuration? I tried looking a bit but didn't find such.
Any help would be much appreciated,
Thanks in advance,
E.
I just reproduced that symptom also. There was a defect fixed for this last year and it appears to be happening again (i.e., regressed): https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-25509
And here is a related one: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-25349
You may want to provide those links to the Atlassian Support team when you contact them.
Kind regards,
Bill

@Erez Maadani You might take a look at this doc: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/how-to-increase-number-of-items-shown-on-single-page-of-filters/qaq-p/1557566
Also if the issue persist you might want to contact support.atlassian.com as you have a standard license.

Thank you @Nicolas Grossi
I managed to find the setting but the result limit is already different from 20 which is the limit in the release view.
I will try the support.
Thanks again,
E.

@Erez Maadani any chance you've had a response from Jira support on this issue yet? We have been using this for our clients via public share and have now run into the issue of them only being able to view 20 issues when we produce release notes into Confluence (not previously an issue as trialed the format with mini or maintenance projects to ensure this was a good format for collecting sign off of work delivered). We are now using for bigger projects and have noticed this limitation and it's extremely frustrating and makes the alternative time-consuming.
If you've not heard back from them,no worries, I'm going to raise with them directly

Hey @Hannah Garvin
Support did respond back but before I managed to respond to their questions (screenshots, links, etc'), the issue has already been resolved.
