Add "assignee’s name" to Time Tracking Report

Is it possible to get "Assignee's Name" with Time Tracking Report ? If possible please tell how ?

Time tracking is usually assigned to the user that logged it.

Any chance this field can be added by default? that would make sense to have a report with Task and User assigned to that tasks, to have a manual process? Is it an improvement you are currently working on?
