After reboot users from domain became active

Elfalio August 25, 2020

We have configured authorization in Jira via LDAP User Directory with the Microsoft Active directory type, with a configured filter, users who have the required group in the domain can authorize in Jira. After the user is dismissed, he is removed from the group with access to jira and the account is sent to the injective, users who were active in Jira and were removed from the group in the domain after the restart of jira become active.

Interesting problem...

Elaborate

1. If the issue is reproducible? If not reproducible then don't put any effort in it.

2. share screenshots of the user directory configuration.

3.1 Are those users also become active in Active Directory as well? If yes check below point.

3.2 jira user directory you can choose to make it read only, read only with local groups, or read/write? What is the option present in jira user directory? If read/write,change to read-only.

4. Also have you remove jira-users access for inactive users? If not do so...
