Agile Board and Sprint Details Missing after Restore

Hi,

I have a serios issue in the production environment after the restoration happend from previous backup file.

After the complete restore and indexing I found the Agile boards and Sprint details are missing in all yhe projects.

That is indeed a serious issue!

How was the backup restored? Was it xml backup or db backup?

Do you see any useful messages in the logs?

Hi  Fazila,

I use .xml file for the restore. Is it due to some of the plugin modules are not enabled or expired at the time of restoration?

For confirmation it is a full restore not a single project import.

Just to confirm, did you upload the xml backup zip file or by any chance did you unzip it and uploaded just a file?

Did you see any errors during the import in the log?

I just had the same issue. Full backup from Cloud and Restore using zipped backup and unzipped attachments.  No agile boards are showing up in the temp JIRA server.
