I have unsubscribed all filters but still receive email notification daily. What other settings must I do in order to stop receiving email notification? Appreciate anyone can advise. Thanks.
HI @Johnson Tan ,
Are you getting subscription mail or jira update (likecreate, comment, update) mail ?
If it is subscription mail, you can check the subscriber name in the mail and check with the user. May this mail is subscribed to group, which you are part of.
If it is jira update mail, it won't stop by unsubscribing. you will get these mail, as you are part of notiification schema.
It's an email notification sent by Jira (not user).
Is there any other way to stop receiving the notification?
Rgds, Johnson

Please check URL of the filter, either it is from your production system or testing system. Some times by mistake notification is enabled from test server.
If it is production server, Click on the filter name and once it open the filter , click on details link and open manage subscription. check all the subscriptions are deleted or not

I have checked the filter details link and found no subscription, and yet I am still receiving the email notifications. It's really weird that this issue is very persistence.

Hi @Johnson Tan Just curious if you were able to solve this issue? We are facing a similar trouble where filters send in too many emails even though they aren't subscribed.
