Hello,
As Jira admin I would like to have a board for the user that each user will be able to access and view his personal tasks from multiple projects.
I know there is an option to create a personal board that each user can create for himself, is there other way to do that and create it for them?
What I thought about is to do that by creating a project that everyone can access. I would like to know if there is other way to do that without create a project or a board that will not be linked to a specific project. One place to view all my tasks with columns as a board.
Thanks in advance
Meital
Hi Meital,
There is one thing to do, although it might not suit you.
This gives everyone a board that when they visit, they see their assigned issues only. There are problems with it though - you will need to map every status in the system into columns, and get people to agree on the fields they want on the cards etc.
Note also that there can be some challenges around display parent issues of subtasks when the parent issue and subtasks are assigned to different people.

Thank you both, I was looking for a way without creating new general project for everyone to access but I see for a board there is no other way
