Hi @tarun saxena ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

People tab is visible just to users with "Browse users" global permission. You need to exclude that user from this global permission.

Yes, but then the @-Mentioning in Issues does not work anymore, which is not an option.

Or do I miss something?
