Automating the field action under the details section.

Hope you all are doing well.

I have query in regards to the custom fields under details sections. There is a field named Doco that is currently used in our project. Please advise if there is a way to automate this field in such a way that it triggers an email to the relevant stakeholders or team members with the attachment or reference confluence etc.

As far as i understand, when ever value gets updated in DOCO field you want to trigger an email to stakeholder right? if this is the case yes we can automate this through automation by using value change trigger.

Hi Satya, thanks for the response/suggestion. Is there a way to even schedule when the email can be triggered?

yes we can. add a condition above mail trigger and condition when you want mail to be triggered?
