Hola, buenas tardes. Me encuentro parametrizando una automatización, la misma es de multiproyecto, se desencadena cuando en el proyecto A se transiciona una solicitud al estado "Derivado a Contable", eso hace que cree una nueva incidencia con un tipo de solicitud específico en el proyecto B, se copian todos los campos y se vinculan entre sí, luego de abre una rama para que en la incidencia vinculada se editen 2 campos específicos. El problema que me surge es que al crearse esta nueva solicitud en el proyecto B, necesito que se asigne automáticamente, en función del valor de un campo, el campo: "CBLE-CAT", de la siguiente forma:

Si CBLE-CAT es igual a: Lanús, Quilmes o Neuquén, se debe asignar a: "Persona 1"

Si CBLE-CAT es igual a: Bueno Aires, Posadas o Bariloche, se debe asignar a: "Persona 2"

Si CBLE-CAT es igual a: Corrientes o Chaco, se debe asignar a: "Persona 3"

No logro realizar esta asignación automática,  ya que aparentemente, Jira no identifica que en el proyecto B que se creo una solicitud nueva y entiendo que es porque la genera  "Automation for Jira", entonces ni siquiera corre la automatización.

Alguien tuvo un problema igual o similar?

¿Está intentando configurar el Cesionario en la nueva incidencia en la misma regla en la que está creando la nueva incidencia? ¿O estás intentando hacer eso con una regla separada?

Si está intentando hacer eso en la misma regla en la que está creando el problema, ¿puede compartir con nosotros imágenes de pantalla que muestren esa regla completa? Señale dónde tiene el paso para fijar al Cesionario. Luego podemos analizar la estructura de su regla y sugerir soluciones.

Si está intentando configurar al Cesionario en una regla separada, muéstrenos imágenes de pantalla para esa regla. ¿Utiliza el activador Problema creado? Si es así, ¿se activa la regla cuando se crea el nuevo problema en la primera regla? Si esta segunda regla no se activa, consulte la página Detalles de la regla para ver la segunda regla. Hay una casilla de verificación que debe marcar para permitir que esa regla se active mediante acciones realizadas en otra regla.

Are you trying to set the Assignee in the new issue in the same rule where you are creating the new issue? Or are you trying to do that with a separate rule?

If you are trying to do that in the same rule where you are creating the issue, can you please share with us screen images show that complete rule? Point out where you have the step to set the Assignee. We can then analyze the structure of your rule and suggest solutions.

If you are trying to set the Assignee in a separate rule, please show us screen images for that rule. Does it use the Issue Created trigger? If so, is the rule being triggered at all when the new issue is created in the first rule? If this second rule is not being triggered, look at the Rule Details page for the second rule. There is a checkbox on it that you have to check to allow that rule to be triggered by actions taken in another rule.

Hello, good afternoon. I am parameterizing an automation, it is multi-project, it is triggered when in project A a request is transitioned to the "Derived to Accountable" state, this causes me to create a new incident with a specific type of request in project B, They copy all the fields and link them together, then open a branch so that 2 specific fields are edited in the linked issue. I cannot perform this automatic assignment, since apparently, Jira does not identify that in project B that a new request was created and I understand that it is because it is generated by "Automation for Jira", so the automation does not even run.

Has anyone had the same or similar problem?

Hola @Trudy Claspill ! estoy usando automatizaciones diferentes, adjunto la imágen de la automatización 1 en el proyecto A:

En esta automatización tengo marcado el casillero que mencionás, para permitir que esa regla se active mediante acciones realizadas en otra regla.

Una vez que se crea la nueva solicitud en el proyecto B, se activa esta automatización 2:

@Trudy Claspill ya sé que sucedió, no habilité el casillero en ambas automatizaciones, solo en la 1ra. Creo que ahí ya funciona correctamente. Muchas, muchas gracias, sin tu aclaración no me hubiera dado cuenta!
