Hello All,
I have upgraded JIRA to 8.13.11 and after that Bigpicture was asking upgrade our mssql schema from 85 to 185.
I have started upgrading but after some time got Bigpicture loading Crashed.
I have gone through logs and found error:
com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: 'pk_AO_0456E7_T_CORE_TASK_SURROGATE_ID' is not a constraint.
How to solve this?

Usually with third party plug ins the best thing to do its to reach out to the Vendor for support, especially for instance specific errors such as this:

I have created support ticket and BP team solved my issue.
It was database primary key issue.

We are facing the same issue in our instance i.e. bigpicture add-on crashed we have contacted the BP team for support and we are yet to receive a solution for this.
Could you please suggest the steps you performed to solve the issue, we are facing an issue in our production instance.
