Bottom of an issue is not always displayed correctly

In the last weeks I've frequently noticed that when looking at the details of a ticket, the bottom of the page is not always showing the end of the issue details...

The screenshot is only from the side panel since I cannot share the content of the comments section. But the same happens with the details on the left side of the issue.  I can scroll down, but not entirely to the end (so for instance the emoji reaction button is almost completely off-screen). You can also see the bottom of both scrollbars is not shown.

This is when it all displays correctly, and thus what  I would expect.

By taking the screenshots now I noticed that currently, it works fine for a regular issue view, but not for an issue that is displayed as a result (x out of y) from a search... That is maybe also why the scrollbar is next to the details panel in one screenshot, and completely on the right of the page in the other..

Did anyone else notice this and maybe find a solution?

Forgive my language but 'hell no' I'm not using the new search, it does not show me the full content of the fields (labels, longer texts, ..) so it's not of any use for me to do my work effectively!

So no, I am still using the old search experience.

Hi Prachi, since my site admin needs to log the support request I will not pursue that road at the moment.. he has more important work we need him to focus on.

Hi Annelotte,

You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to let them know. This might be a bug that needs to be fixed.

Thanks for the link John, I'll do that. But as Prachi just made me realize, since I use the old search it's not likely to still get solved.

Oh it seems I need to ask my site admin to log the support request for me, that's a shame. So that's the end of the line for now.

My admin is overworked and there are more important things we want him to spend his time on I'm afraid..
