Calculation of how may times a field value appears

hello to all 

I am not good in writing scripts ,but i need for new project some calculations,hope i'll get here some help.

This is a survey , 30 questions' each with answer,true or false (0,1),in addition to each question there is "weight":minor,medium and high.

there is a list of conditions :

good task:3 questions - high and false (0)

bad task :3 questions - high+2 medium ' false (0)

i need to calculate just false 

is it possible to perform a calculation with script runner or JWT ?

thanks for the reply. 

i did not explain myself correctly , i will try  again 

i have custom field cf - 30 , singe choice cf -0 or 1

weight for all cf question there is a weight - single choice -minor,medium,high and it is constant 

i have a screen with all questions and support team fill it up - 0 or 1, weight cf must be hidden.

how i link between weight to question ? 

how to  calculate the  sum of all questions with 0 and wright it to another field (just 1 issue on time) according the condition of weight
