Hi @Yufang Vangaasbeek ,
Are you referring to a 3rd party add-on to create templates in Jira? If so you can check if they have trial periods (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?product=jira&query=issue%20template)
In any case, I found this post interesting and related to the subject of template in Jira: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Where-can-i-create-issue-templates-in-Jira/qaq-p/941917
@Carlos Garcia Navarro Thanks. I did find a different article that states it does have the functionality but I haven't purchased Jira yet so I was hoping to test it out. https://deviniti.com/support/addon/server/issue-templates/latest/create-a-template/

Hi @Yufang Vangaasbeek most apps on the marketplace have 30days trial period, so yes you can check the app out by using trial. After installation you will see the button for trial.
