Can't get license for marketplace app

Hi,

I want to get a license for a marketplace application that I developer & published.

I previously had the app installed, and now it shows up with a "Subscribe" button on the Manage Apps page:

When I click subscribe, a new page with a popup opens, but I can't subscribe because it tells me that the app is installed again and there is only a "Manage App" button. What can I do to get a valid license?

Re-installing the app is not an option, since I would lose my data this way.

Cloud apps are not licenced, they are subscriptions.  You have already got a subscription to it, so you can not add it again.

But the license says "unknown" and I still have the active "Subscribe" button.

Is it because the installation would still count to the "free" rule being <10 seats?

Your first screenshot looks like it is from a Server or DC installation, can you confirm if you are on Server or Cloud?   (Cloud systems do not usually show a licence info or entitlement number for apps)

It is Jira Cloud.
