Can't set other resolution than "Done"

Hi,

I configured my instance to show me the resolution screen when closing an issue and the screen appears properly - I select a resolution for example "Won't Do" or "Cannot reproduce" or basically any resolution:

but once I close the ticket resolution always says "Done"

Am I missing something obvious here? Do I need to configure something somewhere? Or is it a known bug?

Hi @Arkadiusz Głowacki,

it is also worth  to check post-function of that transition.

If there is a function to set resolution value remove it and that should solve your issue

Yep that will be the culprit I expect.

Thank you @Leo for your help, indeed there was a post function setting always "Done" resolution.
