Canned Response button missing from the comment section

In regular view, I see the Canned Response button:



But when I'm trying to use it through the screen it missing:

How can I enable it in this view?

Hi @Oleksii Zhelaha 

This looks like a transition screen; canned responses are not available on these screens at this point.

There is a feature request for this though, check out JSDCLOUD-12765
