I cannot change personal settings anymore. Any ideas why it is not working?
I go to: https://???.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa
Then change Notifications of your changes
Then click Save changes
Then I get Couldn't save your preferences

I ran into the same issue and when I changed my language preference to English (UK) (it was previously unset - so it may not be specific to English) and then saved my preferences it was accepted.
