Cannot change personal settings

I cannot change personal settings anymore. Any ideas why it is not working?

I go to: https://???.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa

Then change Notifications of your changes

Then click Save changes

Then I get Couldn't save your preferences

Similar to the other discussion here, what worked for me was to first select a language, then save, and afterwards I was able to save changes in my personal settings.

Yes, same error on both Chrome and Safari. Chrome tested both on Windows and Mac.

Interesting, 

Is your Atlassian ID account a managed account? Do you have any connected Apps to your Atlassian account?

What does managed mean? 

We are running cloud and I am the admin.

Hi Johan,

I ran into the same issue and when I changed my language preference to English (UK) (it was previously unset - so it may not be specific to English) and then saved my preferences it was accepted.
