Cannot delete defective board

I just created a board but it seems that the UI is not functioning correctly. The problem is I cannot delete it. Please help

There is also no delete option on the Boards list.

Click on View all boards, then ellipsis will display on the right side of your screen click delete

Those 3 dots are not present specifically on the problematic board.

Yes. The 3 circles exist on other boards.

When you select the Master are you able to get to the Board settings? Do you see the ellipsis @Andrew Que? It could be permissions related to that project, even if you are Admin may be on the Project itself you can not work on boards. I don;t know what are your project permissions.

If you examine the board, its location is under my profile not on any project.

@Andrew Quethat explains the weird behavior with the board (Ellipsis not showing). Let me ask other champions as this is something I never encountered

I solved the problem by promoting another user as admin and that other user was able to delete the problematic board. All ok now.
