Cant Save File to Jira Issues

Can’t seem to upload some files onto JIRA if I drag it or if I upload it directly. Please see the attached jpeg. It says my files have ‘invalid’ formatting. Let me know what could be wrong? I tried clearing cache and using a different browser but this did not work. sh. I’m in the office Mon & Weds.

Hi @Cristian Fiorito ,

Can you try uploading a simple file, with no special characters and with less size? Also, add a comment but not copy it from anywhere and check if it works..

They say that by using too many special characters and Copying the link in description or comment fields fails. Might be you are also experiencing similar issues
