Card Colours based on time updated

In order to manage turnaround on issue, I'm trying to create a JQL for a card colour for one board. I want to effective to say that after [more than] 8 hours then it should highlight read.

I've put in the following and have one task I'm updated regularly without any working:

updated >= 20m

updatedtime >= 20m

lastcomment >= 20m

modifided >= 20m

Any advice or tips please?

updated >= -8h
