Change layout of fields on the browse screen

I have a number of custom fields and want them to be in a certain order on the browse screen (i.e. when I go to https://company.atlassian.net/browse/ticketNumber )

My other users are getting very confused because the order of the fields on that screen is totally different to the order of fields on all the other screens they use (whether it is the create, edit, or resolve screens that I have configured, or new issue view screen that is preconfigured by Atlassian).

The Description is showing below the custom fields, so they aren't reading what the actual story is (in the Description) before seeing all the other info in some custom and some out of the box fields (e.g. Acceptance criteria, Epic, etc).

And now for my vent - I am finding it VERY frustrating to have so many restrictions on what you can do in Jira - what is the best forum to give feedback or log enhancements to Atlassian?

Hi @Bonnie_Cresswell,

I can understand this, but I am sorry, this is restricted and all other fields show up above the description.

If you want to give to feedback or log enhancements, please do this here: https://jira.atlassian.com You can also check there, if there is already something similar to this, and then please vote for that, so that Atlassian can see, that there is interest in that issue.

:( makes no sense to me - most people would want to see the description first so they know what they are looking at...?

Anyway thanks for your quick response!!
