Cloud migration trial

Hello,

We're currently using Atlassian server products (26-50 users licences) and we aim to make migration cloud free trial which is for same number of users ,we're a fast growing company, and i want to know if during the trial we can add more users more than 50 would it be possible and how could we proceed in this case

Free trials are limited to 10 users. Unless Atlassian provides some special terms for server migrations which they may. I would reach out to Atlassian Support regarding details of migration support or search the Atlassian Support site.

Hi Jack,

Our admin has activated the cloud migration trial and i see it's for up to 50 users which is our server user tiers licence, i think its for same number of users licence purchased (see picture bellow)

I see. so, as expected, Atlassian is making provisions to accommodate these migrations. I think you would need to contact Atlassian Support to get an answer for this or simply try to add a user to your cloud instance first.
